I just got it so I can't speak to the people who said their license disappeared. However, I notice most of the reviews are a couple years old so they've probably fixed everything. I had no issue downloading the app, purchasing my fishing license, nor finding my license once purchased. Also worth noting that I closed the app and turned on airplane mode...sure enough, I could still access my license without problem even without service! Probably still a good idea to print it out though just incase
Works flawlessly. No issues, great app to have, especially in a pinch my friend was able to download this as she'd forgotten her license at home and was able to pull it right up. I was able to purchase mine right through the app and set it up to auto renew. Shows all the regulations, tips, conditions, etc. Great to have rather than paying an extra $5 for the card option.
this app is terrible. it is very difficult to create an account. I was not able to buy a fishing license. you can't select fishing license in the purchase categories or search, nothing shows up. this is a very poor design and I am a professional in IT so I am good at troubleshooting.
app does not allow me to buy tags as it should. complete junk since going to the new system.
Absolutely garbage for out of state. App and website refuse to accept my information and keep telling me to call a number. If it doesn't work online then it shouldn't be an option.
I downloaded the app last night and bought my fishing license and added it. I was able to open it and view it on the app but 6 hours later I was no longer able to. It always said no valid license. I deleted the license and tried to add it several times but it never worked. I tried to Uninstall and reinstall it but that didn't help. I figured maybe there was an issue with my license and tried to add my dad's. That didn't work as it said it couldn't find the customer. Utterly disappointed.
It's nice to have an easy go-to app to view and renew my hunting and fishing licenses. I can easily find season information and rules for when I'm going to hunt or fish an area. Overall, this app is handy.
I haven't had the chance to explore the whole app yet. Unfortunately, the app and connected web pages have many grammatical errors. Other than that, it has an abundant amount of information about wildlife, endangered species and some plants that are native to Idaho and/or the PNW.
Really convenient to have your license on your phone and have access to all the game and fish regulations. You can even add your family members licenses to your account. Easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I love having the sunrise and sunset times readily available. You can also purchase a license through the app.
Terrible,,click to buy licence in app, it takes you back to the download app on Google play page. Now I'll just go back to the store , wait in line and buy the dam thing. The app looked good on the main page and I never went into it except for the buy option, so I don't know if the rest of the app is good. Fix the f... up. And I'll give it 5 star
Doesn't show any indication the purchase has gone thru, just a "cancel" option pops up like I can still cancel the purchase so after 10 minutes I went to my email and there was the purchase confirm! UNBELIEVEABLE YOU'D HAVE NO PURCHASE CONFIRM/YOU'RE DONE, OK TO LEAVE NOW INDICATION.
App won't let me log in. Every time I try to enter credentials I get a pop up asking me which credentials I want to use, then when I make my choice and attempt to enter data, the same pop up menu comes up each time I touch the screen.
App is absolutely horrible. Kicked me out of app when I was in line on a que for a special tag and as soon as it was my turn it kicked me out if app and I lost everything. Worst app I've ever used. Looks like they didn't fix any issues. Won't be using this app anymore.
It works great for most things. I am trying to apply for a controlled elk hunt and all the 4 digit codes I input are coming up as invalid. I can't find any help or documentation on why though. Any help with this would be most appreciated and I will rate it higher
This app is junk. It's hard to navigate. Trying to access and create accounts for your kids is next to impossible without having to call and do in person which just makes the app pointless.
So far so good. Loaded my licenses right away and no issues retrieving them. Not sure how it'll do without internet coverage so I saved a pdf copy to my phone...just in case. 😊

Worked for a few days, now it just comes up with an error everytime. Says cleartext not permitted and won't do anything else. Thought it was going to be great but already doesn't work.
Link to download full brochure are broken. Nothing ever happens, tired of having service to open brochure when I could use the pdf in phone. Service takes ages to load when a downloaded pdf is instant.
Crashed everytime I even thought about trying to buy a license! Zero, big fat zero. Technology is great - too bad most of it sucks.
App keeps closing. When trying to open licenses. And won't let you send feedback Used to be great now it don't work
